Once again, Lisa did an amazing job at listening to and then booking our travel arrangements!

I hadn't booked a flight from London to Germany as we had pretty lose plans before we left, so thought it would be easy once we knew what our itinerary looked like.  Gee was I wrong as I hadn’t factored in that our baggage would be heavier than what was allowed, so thanks Lisa for getting this sorted from the other side of the world at last minute. Again many many thanks Lisa, it was an amazing holiday and we look forward to booking our next holiday with you.
